How do I track my camping equipment order?
Once your order leaves our Dhaka facility, we will send an email containing your courier tracking details. You can reply directly to that email if you encounter any delivery issues.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We accept returns on unused tents, picnic sets, and accessories within 14 days of delivery. Please email us with your order number to initiate a return, and we will provide shipping instructions to our Uttara location.
Do you offer bulk purchasing for hiking groups?
